A Bevy Of Rare Cheap UK Patek Philippe Fake Watches Online Will Dominate Sotheby’s Upcoming Watch Auction

Sotheby’s is bringing a blockbuster 31-piece private collection of mostly rare Patek Philippes to auction this November with a high estimate of $22 million. The sale includes rare Patek Philippes from the ’40s and ’50s, including a the highly coveted references 2499 (as worn by John Lennon and Jay-Z) and 1518, three of which are unique pieces. Collectively, these Swiss made replica watches are estimated to sell for between $10 million and $22 million. The collection also includes more recent high complications from Vacheron Constantin and A. Lange & Söhne, and a well-preserved 1937 double-signed Universal Genève/Hermès Compax Chronograph. The sale is set for November 10 in Geneva with previews in New York from September 6-9.

It’s easy to spot the collector’s taste in watches: most of are yellow gold, with some pinks thrown into the mix, and all are iconic and rare. Only five are white metal – four platinum and one white gold. Collected over the past five decades, the UK AAA fake watches over a hundred years of horological history, with some references not seen publicly in 40 Years. “My passion for collecting began in the 1980s when I was considering the subject of time from a philosophical point of view,” says the collector. “This led me to the art of watchmaking, which is where my fascination with mechanics intersected with my enthusiasm for design. For me, with their beauty and elegance, the watches I love dazzle like pieces of jewelry – they are mechanical gems. Building a collection is always an adventure. Over the years I have been very intensely involved with these perfect copy watches, constantly seeking and learning, but also wearing them. They are witnesses of my life’s journey and there is a personal story connected with each of them. I am pleased that these 31 watches from my collection will now be able to continue their journeys and bring joy to other collectors.”

The sale is likely to approach its high-peak estimate, given that Sotheby’s new rates are in effect. The summer season marks the beginning of the auctioneer’s new commission structure that sees buyers’ fees reduced by 26%, making them the lowest in the industry. Sotheby’s says it polled tens of thousands of clients to see how the changes will affect their bidding, and 90.6% of respondents said they will bid higher as a result of the reduced buyer’s premium. The new fee structure applies to all Sotheby’s auctions globally, excluding cars, real estate, wine and spirits. Time Treasures was consigned before the new fee structure was announced, so it had no bearing on Sotheby’s landing the collection, but it is likely to affect the outcome. The last time Sotheby’s had a similar sale was in 2022 in Hong Kong—the Nevadian Collection—which ended a white glove sale, fetching $20.6 million over a high estimate of $15 million.
