With the holidays just around the corner and the year having nearly come to an end, for watch enthusiasts, that means it’s time to look back on 2023 and reflect upon some of our favorite AAA replica watches of the year.

Tag Heuer Carrera Glassbox Replica Watches – Danny Milton

The TAG Heuer Carrera Glassbox is not only my favorite sport watch, but it’s also one of the most exciting cheap fake watches of the year, full stop. From the 39mm case size to the fully reconfigured crystal and internal bezel design — this proved more than just a product refresh and instead something more akin to an ideological one by the brand. In the past, TAG had reserved “wearable” vintage-adjacent or reissue models for the “Heuer” variety.

But seeing TAG Heuer make a watch with the sloped tachymeter scale and the exceptionally wearable case with the full logo on the dial means the brand is really leaning into what enthusiasts are looking for. This year alone, we’ve seen the watch in a blue dial configuration, a reverse-panda (with 12 o’clock date) configuration, a “Skipper” model (complete with a video of myself and the Hodinkee team on a boat), and a gold edition. Any way you spin it, the new high quality replica TAG Heuer Carrera Glassbox watches made a statement this year.

Fake Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore 37MM Watches – Malaika Crawford

I have a full-on obsession with the Offshore. Yes, I am self-aware enough to know that I’m in the minority these days (which I also obviously get a kick from). But who doesn’t love a little throwback? You’d think, given the obsession with Y2K nostalgia, that I’d be onto something here. I predict that once Gen Z grows up and starts consuming luxury 1:1 copy watches, the Offshore will be back with a victorious bang.

In 2023 Royal Oak fever prevails, but Offshore graced us with some pretty major hits, too. Thankfully, there is still a demographic of sporty AP enthusiasts who like to flex in an early 00s way. This salmon dial Self Winding Chronograph comes complete with a brilliant cut diamond bezel. The magic of the Swiss movements replica Audemars Piguet Offshore watches is when it combines materials like rubber and diamonds all on one model. It’s playful and youthful and so much less serious than watch collecting ever needs to be. This particular Offshore feels robust yet refined. It’s fun but also a little more grown-up than expected. I think she’s perfect.

Replica Rolex “Le Mans” Daytona Ref. 126529LN Watches – Mark Kauzlarich

This was supposed to be a big year for the perfect replica Rolex Daytona watches. It was the 60th anniversary of the model, after all. And sure, putting a display caseback on the platinum Daytona was a surprising move, but with only a few little tweaks, I left Watches and Wonders unimpressed.

Apparently, I was waiting for the wrong anniversary.

When the 100th anniversary of the Le Mans race came around in June, Rolex made the best Daytona they’ve designed in years, with the new Rolex 126529LN – aka the new “Le Mans Daytona.” The Rolex Daytona was originally meant to be the Rolex Le Mans, but that never happened. Until June, the Rolex “Le Mans” was the Double Swiss Underline ref. 6239. But this isn’t that best quality super clone watches. It’s not even a steel Daytona. It’s something entirely different.

Steel Daytonas are fine, but the weird rings on the subdials created a visually busy watch. Now, there’s a white gold version that’s far and away better, with a white gold bracelet, full, bright white subdials contrasting against the black sunburst dial, a ceramic bezel with red “100” marker, and a white gold border for more contrast, and display caseback – don’t let anyone tell you Rolex’s finishing is bad enough to be worth hiding. But the thing that I love about it is that, with the lollipop subdial indicators reminiscent of a Paul Newman Daytona, it shows that Rolex can still acknowledge the fans and their own history without making an homage.

The inaccessibility that has come with the demand for vintage Rolex replica watches for sale can sometimes make you feel like Rolex is this giant, unfeeling, unaware company. The new Le Mans Daytona will certainly still be nearly impossible to get, but it’s a perfect nod from Rolex to say, “Yeah, we know what you like – we like it too.”
