A 1966 Fake Patek Philippe Sport-Timing Chronograph Watch – Lot 82 at Dr. Crott Auctioneers

If you’re anything like me, you’re fascinated by the tools that were designed to actually do something in-period – before luxury replica watches UK were luxury items. Prior to 1969, all forms of racing (automotive, equine, etc.) were tracked using hand-held chronographs. You’ve seen the Heuers, but did you know that perfect fake Patek Philippe made a small batch of sport-timing, hand-held watches for the same purposes?

They did, no more than 30 though, and Dr. Crott has a really beautiful one coming up. It’s big and steel and awesome-looking – and it just makes me think of what type of person would go to the degree of purchasing an oversized hand-held chronograph from Swiss made replica Patek Philippe in 1966 to time their activities. The estimate is Euro 30,000 to 45,000 and you can see more here.

A Cartier Replica (Or Vacheron Constantin? Or Something?) Time-Only Watch From 1970 – Lot 210 at Dr. Crott Auctioneers

For those who love a good mystery, Dr. Crott has a really curious watch on offer. It is a stainless steel, time-only watch with Cartier-signed dial. The movement, Dr. Crott says, is indisputably a K453/3BW from Vacheron & Constantin, and they state that top Swiss fake Cartier had a history of ordering such a caliber from VC in the period. However, the movement is signed European Watch & Clock Company, and the case has no Vacheron or AAA quality copy Cartier numbers on it.

The case itself is numbered by the case maker. So that leaves a lot of questions about this watch – but for an intrepid watch hunter, this could yield a really neat find if he or she is able to verify that this is in fact a Vacheron-powered Cartier replica watches Paypal UK.
